Select any one option for New Label Format.
Specify label name , size (height and width) and type of fold and click on Next button.
Specify color and background settings of label.
Specify all Rectangle properties like position, Border, Fill color etc as per your need.
Set Ellipise Properties by choosing its color settings, Font settings and other settings.
